The foundation of Banks & Banks, P.C. was formed when C. Stanley Banks, Sr. was licensed to practice law on July 5, 1913. He worked primarily in the area of land titles, wills, probate and trust.
In the early 1950's he was joined by his two sons, C. Stanley Banks, Junior and John E. Banks. After the death of C. Stanley Banks, Junior, the law firm continued with the father and son until John E. Banks, Junior joined the firm in 1979. Three generations practiced law together for over six years.
The firm continues today specializing in estate planning, probate, trusts, real estate and business law. Of counsel to the firm is Marcella F. Banks, wife of John E. Banks, Junior.
